Embossing rollers are made of Cr12, vacuum heat treated for HCR58~62.
Pressing rollers are made of 40Cr round steel, diameter at φ100mm, tempering and quenching treatment; 12 groups forming rollers; chain transmission
Pressing rollers are made of GCr15, outer diameter at φ160mm, after precision lathing for vacuum heat treated to hardness HRC55~58.
Driven by 15KW motor, 35 speed ratio cyciol pin gearbox, inverter control, speed adjustment range: 0~20m/min.

Blade’s material: forged Cr12MoV, rough lathing and heat treatment to hardness at HRC58~62, high precision grinding, linear cutting and etc.
With hydraulic cylinder at φ250x50mm, one set, maximum shear force at 80tons.
